Peking University holds a Plenary Meeting on Clinical Medicine +X Committee

  On the morning of December 28th, 2017, the 3rd Plenary Session of the Clinical Medicine +X Committee in 2017 was held. ZHAN Qimin, vice president of Peking University, president of Peking University Health Science Center, and president of the Clinical Medicine +X Committee, presided over the meeting.

  Currently, the university has published recruitment information on platforms such as the journal Nature and the website ScienceNet.cn and received a number of applications. Meanwhile, the university also has invited scholars from related fields to conduct exchanges. The construction of interdisciplinary research institutions is progressing smoothly, and the building of other institutions, including the Multi-group Research Center for Precision Medicine, the Research Center for Health Big Data, the Research Center for Intelligence Medicine, and TU Youyou Research Institute for Innovative Medicine, is going on steadily. In 2018, PKUHSC hopes to fully stimulate the academic research activities of clinical hospitals and improve clinical research levels through cluster employment, construction of new system institutions, interdisciplinary research project funding, mutual personnel hiring and other related work.
