- Toxicological Items: Acute toxicity, Ames test, Micronucleus test, Sperm abnormality, Long-term toxicity study (thirty and ninety days feeding). In addition, the items of Dominant lethal test, Unscheduled DNA synthesis, Teratogenicity study; Reproductive study, Metabolic study, Carcinogenicity study.
