The Cross-strait, Hong Kong and Macau Nursing Forum (2024) was held at Macao Polytechnic University (MPU) in September 15. The forum was co-hosted by Peking University Health Science Center (PKUHSC) and Macao Medical Center of Peking Union Medical College Hospital, and co-organized by MPU and Cross-Straits Medicine Exchange Association.

　　Vice Minister Cao Xuetao of the National Health Commission, Secretary Ao Ieong U for Social Affairs and Culture in Macau, Director Joy Lee of Taiwan Nursing Management Association, and President Qiao Jie of PKUHSC (via video) spoke at the opening ceremony.

　　The forum, with a theme to enhance technical exchange and promote inclusive development in the region, gathered over 60 nursing experts and hosted discussions on a variety of topics, including nursing practice, training, and application of innovation and technology.

　　The forum showcased the achievements of both the PKUHSC-MPU nursing program and the Macao Medical Center program of Peking Union Medical College Hospital, two endeavors carried out three years ago under the strategic guidance of the National Health Commission.
