From September 23 to 25, 2024, World Congress on Rehabilitation 2024 was held in Abu Dhabi, the United Arab Emirates. More than 500 experts in the field of rehabilitation medicine from over 70 countries participated. Cui Guoqing, Zhou Mouwang and Yang Yanyan from the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine of Peking University Third Hospital (PKUTH) attended the meeting and delivered special reports.

　　At the meeting, Professor Cui Guoqing introduced the latest research on special examinations of the shoulder joint. Professor Zhou Mouwang shared the progress and experience of quality control work in Chinese rehabilitation medicine. Associate Chief Physician Yang Yanyan presented the relevant work of rehabilitation physician training in China's training programs for Urgently Needed Talents. Their reports have received extensive attention and recognition from the participating experts.
