Peking University Health Science Center hosted a series of events in December 16 featuring its prospective presence in Miyun. These events included a briefing of the latest development of its Miyun campus under construction, and the 5^th PKU Medicine Health Industry Forum (Miyun Conference for the Development of Health Industry).

　　The briefing says the first building on the new campus was capped in August and is expected to complete construction in April, 2025. It is said the construction of the dormitory complex and the teaching-research building will start soon. In addition, multiple other projects have been approved.

　　The 5^th PKU Medicine Health Industry Forum held in the afternoon focused on joint research platform and commercialization of research findings.

　　During the forum, PKU Medicine signed agreement to build joint research platform with Sino-American Tianjin SmithKline & French Laboratories, Chaoxing Group Co., Ltd, and Guofa Haiying Technology Co., Ltd, extended its agreement with Shenzhen Yahuilong Biological Technology Co.,Ltd., and awarded outstanding partners. The Laurents made keynote speeches, sharing their best practices.
