On the morning of June 15, 2026, a delegation from the University of Manchester, consisting of Professor Keith Brennan, Vice Dean for Internationalization, Faculty of Biology, Medicine and Health, Professor QingJun Meng, Vice Dean for Internationalization (Research and Innovation), and Helen Hawthorn, International Partnerships Officer, visited the School of Basic Medical Sciences, Peking University.

During the exchange forum, Dean Kong Wei of the School of Basic Medical Sciences expressed expectations for sustained cooperation between the two sides. The delegation from the University of Manchester presented the university’s internationalization strategy and ongoing collaborative projects. Both parties held in-depth discussions on topics including joint student cultivation.
