After the meeting, Bjorn Andersson made a speech entitled "Leaving no one behind: universal sexual and reproductive health for all in Asia and the Pacific". In his speech, Mr. Bjorn Anderson said that there has been a long-term friendship and common goal between PKUHSC and the UN agencies. He talked about the progress and current challenges in sexual and reproductive health in the Asia-Pacific region and how to achieve the full coverage of sexual and reproductive health and realize reproductive rights by eliminating poverty, achieving sexual equality and promoting behavioral changes. He also pointed out that under the guidance of the global framework-- the International Conference on Population and Development and "2030 Sustainable Development Agenda", there is an important opportunity for China as well as the whole Asia-Pacific region to accelerate the full coverage process of sexual and reproductive health.
