Wang Jianliu from People’s Hospital Appointed as Chair of Alliance of Tumor-Fertility Preservation
On May 14, at the 38th Annual Meeting of the International Society for Gynecologic Endoscopy (ISGE) held in Algiers, North Africa, the “Alliance of Tumor-Fertility Preservation” (ATFP), initiated by Professor Wang Jianliu of Peking University People’s Hospital in collaboration with leading experts from around the world, was officially established. This marks a new phase of global and multinational collaboration in the field of oncofertility, safeguarding the reproductive aspirations of young cancer patients worldwide.

The establishment of the ATFP is built upon the profound expertise of Chinese teams in the field of oncofertility. The Alliance brings together experts in gynecologic oncology, reproductive medicine, gynecologic endoscopy, and minimally invasive surgery from more than 20 countries. At the Alliance’s launch ceremony, experts from both China and abroad gathered in person and online to witness the official establishment of the Alliance. The founding of the ATFP marks a new phase of internationalization and multinational collaboration in the global field of oncofertility.
