Co-sponsored by the National Health Commission, the Ministry of Science and Technology, and China Association of Science and Technology, the 2018 New Era Health Science Popularization Works Contest had its closing and experience exchange conference in Beijing. Seven teachers and students from Peking University Health Science Center were among the award-winners: Yang Yanxian from PKU Third Hospital winning “Ten Speech Talents of Science Popularization”, Niu Hongtao from China-Japan Friendship Hospital (CJFH), Yuan Ze’en from PKU People’s Hospital, and Si Lu from PKU Cancer Hospital winning “Excellent Speakers of Health Science Popularization”, Song Gang from PKU First Hospital winning “Excellent Science Popularization Books and Articles”, and Wen Huanshun from CJFH winning “Excellent Science Popularization Videos”. And PKUHSC won the “Excellent Organization Award”.
