Prof. Cui Guoqing of Peking University Third Hospital made two oral presentations at the 2025 Congress of the European Society for Surgery of the Shoulder and the Elbow (Société Européenne de Chirurgie de l’Epaule et du Coude, SECEC) held September 17-19 in Rotterdam, The Netherlands. As the largest and oldest annual meeting of shoulder and elbow surgery in Europe, this conference attracted surgeons, scholars and related professionals from 56 countries.

Apart from his presentations titled “Surface EMG Analysis of Muscle Activation Patterns during Should Examinations” and “Three-row suture with minimal anchors—M-shaped suture”, Prof. Cui joined the poster session with two studies.

During his stay, Prof. Cui talked with SECEC President Dr. Roger van Riet and reached initial agreement for a visit by European surgeons to China in 2026.
