At the invitation of Dean Deng Xuliang of Peking University School and Hospital of Stomatology, Dr. Kwok-Hung (Albert) Chung, an American educationist in dental materials, visited the school for a one-week exchange program.

The exchange program included lectures, visits to teaching facilities, hands-on demonstrations, and a seminar, injecting international vitality into the school’s teaching of basic medical sciences.

The seminar, in particular, focused on undergraduate education of stomatology, where Dr. Chung talked with the local faculty about curriculum design, alignment and optimization, as well as what the US model had to offer.
