On April 16, Prof. James Middleton, President of the International Spinal Cord Society (ISCoS), visited the Spinal Cord Function Reconstruction and Rehabilitation Center at Peking University Third Hospital. He had talks with the center’s colleagues about whole-process management of spinal cord injury and participated in an online symposium hosted by the Spinal Cord Injury Rehabilitation Collaboration Group of the China Hospital Rehabilitation Medicine Alliance.

Prof. Middleton shared the latest development in spinal cord injury management and expressed his hope to strengthen cooperation with the collaboration group.

During the Q&A session, Prof. Middleton had in-depth exchange with members of the collaboration group on international cooperation, academic platform, and resource sharing. Several member units of the collaboration group expressed their active willingness to join the ISCoS and expand channels for international exchange and cooperation.
