PKU School of Stomatology Hosts 2nd International Conference for Medical Exchange
The 2nd Peking University School of Stomatology International Medical Exchange Conference was held at the China National Convention Center in June 9. Centered on the theme “New Situations and New Approaches for International Medical Services”, the event built a high-level platform for exchange and collaboration in the international healthcare sector.
More than 150 representatives gathered at the conference, including officials from Beijing Municipal and Haidian District Health Commissions, industry association delegates, heads and experts from the international departments of 42 domestic peer hospitals, representatives from over 30 leading domestic commercial insurance firms, and journalists from mainstream media outlets, all to explore paths for high-quality development of international medical services.
In his opening address, President Deng Xuliang presented a comprehensive review of the two-year development progress of PKU School of Stomatology’s international outpatient service. Following the opening ceremony, four thematic sessions were held, focusing on cross-border healthcare, quality control, diagnostic and therapeutic innovation, and industrial integration. Leading hospital experts, industry leaders and enterprise representatives delivered keynote speeches on cutting-edge insights, fostering in-depth academic and industrial dialogue.

The successful conference brought together high-quality resources from China’s medical, academic, industrial, insurance and media sectors, establishing a premium platform for cross-sector integration, resource sharing and joint development.
