Two research findings from the research group led by Professor Duan Liping were presented at the conference. These studies demonstrate China’s clinical practice and research capabilities in the fields of small intestinal bacterial overgrowth (SIBO) and disorders of gut-brain interaction (DGBI), providing valuable references for optimizing treatment strategies and exploring disease mechanisms in this area.

The study “Plasma Multi-omics Biomarkers for Accurate Prediction and Early Diagnosis of Gastric Cancer via Machine Learning” by the research groups led by Professor Ding Shigang and Professor Zhang Jing provides a new strategy for the early diagnosis of gastric cancer in the future.

Two latest clinical studies by the research group led by Professor Song Zhiqiang focus on the individualized eradication of Helicobacter pylori (Hp) infection and its impact on the entire gastrointestinal microecology. These studies demonstrate the important progress of PKUTH in the field of precise diagnosis and treatment of Hp.
